Art Galleries – art galleries are abundant in Goolwa with local artists showcasing their very best in several galleries in town. Goolwa has gained a reputation in recent years as an art-hub. For any art lover, Goolwa is ideal.
Shopping – Cadell Street is the town’s shopping precinct with beautiful little cafes, bakeries and restaurants along with gift stores and homewares. The Goolwa Wharf Markets on Sundays (twice a month) have locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables, other gourmet produce from the Fleurieu Peninsula and many art and craft stalls.

St Louis on Sea is an eight-bed specialist nursing home located right across the road from the beach. Our carers are trained in the Montessori approach to aged care and dementia care.
St Louis established Australia's first dementia-specific community aged care packages in 2003 for low level care at home, and extended this to high level care at home in 2006.
